However, their website hadn’t evolved with it. Despite working with a well-known agency, the redesign didn’t solve the problem. The experience still lacked clarity, relied on generic visuals, and failed to reflect their brand or audience. The challenge wasn’t just to redesign the website, but to connect the dots — transforming it into a structured, intuitive platform that clearly communicates their offering and helps users understand, navigate, and engage with confidence.
